Service- & helpdesk

If you have a technical question or need help in setting up a product, please send an email to the following address: helpdesk@spectronsales.nl. Describe your question or problem as clearly as possible and always state the type number,

the date of purchase and where you bought the product. The more details you give us, the quicker we’ll be able to solve your problem. You can also contact our service desk by telephone for your complaints and/or problems on Monday between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. from Tuesday to Thurseday between 8.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. on +31-(0)570-626297.

Guarantee & repairs

If your product develops a defect covered by the guarantee conditions and within the guarantee period, our repairs service will repair the product for you free of charge. You must return the product with a fully completed guarantee certificate and the purchase receipt. If the guarantee period had expired, the repairs service will quote you a price for the repair. If you agree to this, the cost of repair will be charged to you.
